Once again this year, our gelato store will remain open all winter long<\/strong>, until January 6th 2026<\/strong>, continuing a tradition that is now part of its character: artisan gelato has no seasons.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many people think gelato belongs only to summer. At Gelato Fantasy this is not the case. During the colder months, flavors change, fragrances vary, but the desire for something tasty remains. That\u2019s why the San Marco 929<\/strong> gelato store will continue welcoming Venetians as well as tourists with a great selection of flavors created specifically for winter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year there will be some important new arrivals<\/strong>, alongside our most loved classic flavors.

Among this season\u2019s most awaited flavors Ferrero Rocher gelato<\/strong> stands out, inspired by the famous chocolate balls, but made following the artisan philosophy that  sets Gelato Fantasy apart.
The base is a chocolate and hazelnut cream<\/strong>, enriched with dark chocolate and crunchy hazelnut nibs.<\/strong> The result is an intense but well-balanced flavor, the right combination of creaminess and crunch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s much more than a chocolate gelato: it\u2019s a tribute to winter patisserie, designed for those who love a thicker consistency and a roasted touch added by the Piedmontese hazelnuts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
